Packet 12 contains remaining data that is part of a SSL PDU that is spanning
multiple packets. If you look at frame 18 you can see that 1382 bytes from
frame 12 are used in the reassembly of the "Certificate" PDU.

When you turn of reassembly in the TCP protocol preferences, you will see the
second part of frame 12 as "Unreassembled Packet: SSL".
