Patch to fix endian issues and egregious misuses of endian argument to
proto_tree_add_item().
The attached patch should correct the endian problems, but without a capture
file to test against, there's no way to know for certain. I'll let this patch
sit for a bit so someone (Brian?) can hopefully test it first and for anyone
else to take a look. If I don't hear back in a few days, I'll commit the patch
as is.
