Captured ICMPv6 packet using wireshark.while checking each field value in IPv6
header, the fragmentation header showing some wrong value.

Problems:
***************
1.When i clicked on "offset" field in "Packet Details" panel, the "Packet
Bytes" selecting only two bytes instead of 3 bytes.

2."Offset" value in "Packet Details" panel is different from "Packet Bytes"
panel.
