As mentioned on the developer mailing list, I quickly hacked up a dissector for
dealing with AT Commands text in USB traces, quite some time ago.

I've only tested it under an older version of Fedora (12, if I remember
correctly), and against Wireshark SVN revision 35433 - although there's
probably no reason why it shouldn't build against newer revisions, or on other
OSes.

I'm attaching its constituent source files to this bug report for reference; so
that we don't lose track of it - although sporadic development is currently
done in an external, public Mercurial repository.

Feel free to provide suggestions for improvement. :)
