And that's what I get for being a newbie and not doing enough research (gotta
learn the hard way sometimes).  I think most of these are autogenerated as part
of pidl.   Since the auto-generated code seems to be the reason for at least
half of the display filter field names that are "questionable", perhaps a note
should be sent to the affected parties (ASN.1 and Samba 4).
