Are you sure if the malformed is v0 header ? and not a buggy utp client ?
Because the version and type is correct

Internet Protocol, Src: 219.85.150.76 (219.85.150.76), Dst: 59.108.116.180  
User Datagram Protocol, Src Port: 48493 (48493), Dst Port: 55627 (55627)
uTorrent Transport Protocol
    .... 0001 = Version: 1
    0010 .... = Type: State (2)
....

and in v0 Header the first 4 bytes is conn_id (and it is random value...)
