Is there a "best practice" from Microsoft on this?  Maybe some kind of
intermediate program that is always installed in a more centralized place that
looks for the newest version of Wireshark installed and launches it?  This
program would be installed whenever 1 or more versions of Wireshark are
installed and uninstalled when the last Wireshark is uninstalled?
