patch to make V9TEMPLATE_MAX_FIELDS a user pref
Having a user pref makes it less important to me to have a large default.
Bumped it down to 60. I suspect that other than the capture I constructed for
testing this most users will not need to adjust the default.
I also fixed a couple of typos I noticed while I was in here.
