When adding and applying a custom column for frame.coloring_rule.string or
frame.coloring_rule.name, Wireshark correctly displays the
rule name or string for all the packets that have been captured
up to that point.
However for subsequent packets the column is empty. When Wireshark is
closed and launched again the column is always empty.
