All of the changes in the newer patch, except for the deletion of the break
statement in tshark.c, are already in the current code (in a different form);
the removal of the break statement is not valid - it shouldn't fall through
from the code that handles WTAP_ERR_UNSUPPORTED_ENCAP to the code that handles
WTAP_ERR_CANT_READ.
