The DHCPv6 dissector formats a client DUID as follows:
Client Identifier: 0001000114d4a26900145e475d16
Option: Client Identifier (1)
Length: 14
Value: 0001000114d4a26900145e475d16
DUID type: link-layer address plus time (1)
Hardware type: Ethernet (1)
Time: Jan 23, 2001 20:12:25 Central Standard Time
Link-layer address: 00:14:5e:47:5d:16
The time in this DUID (14d4a269) should indicate a date/time sometime on Jan
27, 2011 since it's the number of seconds since Jan 1, 2000 UTC.
packet-dhcpv6.c (line 1144 in 1.5.0 source downloaded today) adds 630822816U to
the time value extracted from the DUID. I think this should be 946684800U
instead if it's trying to convert from a 1/1/2000 base time (RFC 3315 DUID-LLT
format) to a 1/1/1970 base time.
