Small capture to demonstrate the issue and fix
Do a Find of "4d5353" with "Hex value" selected. The tree is only partially
expanded and the field and bytes are not highlighted. Hit <Ctrl>N twice. The
tree is now properly expanded and the bytes highlighted. Now hit <Ctrl>B a few
times to get back to the original frame and notice that it too is now properly
displayed.
Apply the patch and this problem is resolved. Thanks.
