Compiled with GTK+ 2.16.6, (32-bit) with GLib 2.22.4, with WinPcap (version
unknown), with libz 1.2.3, without POSIX capabilities, without libpcre, with
SMI

11 2010), with AirPcap.

Running on Windows XP Service Pack 3, build 2600, with WinPcap version 4.1.2
(packet.dll version 4.1.0.2001), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b

Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 9.0 build 30729

Between Wireshark 1.2.1 and 1.4.1, timezone information was added to the
date/time fileds in the packet details section. On Windows XP Japanese
version, Wireshark seems trying to display it in Japanese characters, but it
garbles even Japanese fonts are selected (see the attachement).

Another, more serious problem is Wireshark crashes when I execute Copy ->
Description right-click command on date/time fields. This is 100 %
reproducible with every date/time fileds (e.g. the line next to the Frame
number). I confirmed the above problems on 2 of my Windows XP laptops, so this
seems a generic problem. I think it is related the garbled characters.
