Hi,
Accounting-Session-Id is NOT an OctetString it's an Unsigned32 so the length is
incorrect.
        <avp name="Accounting-Session-Id" code="44" mandatory="must"
protected="may" may-encrypt="yes" vendor-bit="mustnot">
            <type type-name="Unsigned32"/>
        </avp>
