I searched for "Dissector for ANSI TCAP NATIONAL code:%u not implemented.
Contact Wireshark developers if you want this supported" and found it in
'packet-ansi_tcap-template.c' and in 'packet-ansi_tcap.c', where the last is
result of the first one processing if I am not mistaken.
We used to have separate dissector DLL with ANSI MAP support, but DLL is no
longer compatible with new version of wireshark 1.4.1.
I can see references to 3GPP specs in Ethereal source file 'packet-ansi_map.c'.
(too many to copy-paste), see my previous link to Ethereal download sources.
(Wish if we find someone to have time to migrate all code to Wireshark. :-)
