With this patch the functionality of editcap -C changes so that to accomplish
the current behavior a negative value needs to be passed. Passing a positive
value chops from the front of the packet. This modifies the existing behavior
but is more consistent with what positive and negative values mean universally.
Is this permissible? Or should chopping the headers really be implemented in a
different option?
