You can try a (very) recent automated build of Wireshark[1]. It will show all
the occurrences of sip.tag in the custom column. If there is only one tag, you
still do not know whether it was a TO-tag or FROM-tag, but at least both are
shown.
If the tags are always in the same order, you can also select which occurrence
you wish to see in the column.
