While doing some Wireshark testing, I noticed that ISMP.EDP "Tuples" were not
being properly dissected for a capture file I came across.
A little research showed that the Tuples were displayed correctly (for this
capture file) after reverting SVN #30814 ["Fix printing of tuple values"].
I'm filing this as a bug (rather than just committing the revert) since I've no
familiarity with the protocol and don't know the reason for the original
commit.
