Fax call from TDM to SIP over Mediagateway with declined T38 request
Normal Fax Call to some SIP Subscriber which has T38 disabled.
MediaGateway try's to switch over to t38 but this request is declined with 488.
After that the Mediagateway goes back to G711 with some reinvite after that
points all RTP packets from CPE-->Mediagateway are wrong decoded as T38 but
they should be RTP(G711)
