Thanks for the sample capture. Shows where the RSSI field has to come from, in
this case PPI.
The routines in packet-ppi.c try to be smart and short circuit when tree==NULL.
But they forget that columns are filled in! Didn't we discuss this recently at
the dissector writers class at Sharkfest'10?
Anyway, these columns must be allowed to be set, even if tree==NULL.
