Gcrypt, without Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without AirPcap.
Running on Linux 2.6.32-22-generic, with libpcap version 1.0.0, with libz
1.2.3.3.
Built using gcc 4.4.3.

This patch extends packet-netflow.c to support NetFlow exported from Cisco
ASA5500 series.
This patch also changes partial elements (whose Elements IDs are between 225
and 236) to be compliant with IPFIX
(http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipfix/ipfix.xml).
