Changed title to reflect the actual problem.
The problem is that
1) TCP reassembly and HTTP body reassembly are enabled;
2) the HTTP reply takes more than one TCP segment;
3) there appear to be missing segments, so the reassembly isn't happening.
Workaround: turn off TCP reassembly or HTTP header and body reassembly.
