Default system on a clean MAC

The "wireshark" script to start wireshark-bin does a poor substitute of the
${HOME} for the pangorc file, such that the substitute does not occur, and the
pango system does not find the fonts.

Fixing the wireshark script from
sed 's|\\${HOME}|'"\"$HOME\"|g

to 
sed 's|${HOME}|'"$HOME|g"

correctly changes to pangorc when it is copped from the application to the
.wireshark-etc directory
