The same issue as was resolved in bug 2604 is back in the development version.

When right-clicking on an IP address in the "packet list" pane (top pane), then
choose "prepare a filter" and then "selected" often a wrong IP address is in
the filter.

Not in 100% of the cases. But with some mixed traffic it is very reproducable.

It is not reproducable in the 1.2.8 version. Only in the development version.
