I've just attempted to convert the attached file to 3 separate LibPCap-format
files with different encapsulation/link-layer types (one with a regular 802.11
header, one with an 802.11 RadioTap header, and one with a "IEEE 802.11
Wireless LAN with radio information" header); and it seems that none of these
encapsulation types cleanly map to the pseudo-header generated by Microsoft
NetMon 3.3.
