Some initial feedback:
tools/checkAPIs.pl and tools/checkhf.pl report no problems.  Thanks.

There is already a protocol called "Message Session Relay Protocol" that writes
"MSRP" to the protocol column.  I suggest a different name to avoid confusion,
MRP-MSRP perhaps?  Also, to avoid confusion and potential conflict with the
former's registered fields, I also suggest changing the display filter field
names from a form of "msrp.xyz" to something like "mrp-msrp.xyz", or another
form more to your liking.

Do you have a sample capture file you can post for testing/verification?
Do you have a link to the RFC or specification describing the protocol?
