Looking at the EMI - UCP Interface Specification

I get the impression that if the OTOA filed has a value of '5039' then the
OAdC field is an "IRAString".
Is this correct ?
[ If so handling this might be a bit messy since unfortunately the OTOA field
occurs many fields after the OAdC field in a message. ]
