Well, hiding entries is considered bad UI (else how does the user know they're
there?).
Also if they were hidden they'd disappear from, say, the PDML output and I know
of at least one group using these equivalents from that output.
(BTW they should only appear twice, not three times...? And the equivalents
are all "hidden" in a subtree, at least for users of the GUI.)
