Notes from a quick look:
1. Various of the functions (eg: dissect_device_write_resp) will return
different 'offset' values depending upon whether tree is NULL.
Is this OK and as intended ?
2. Is a separate .h file needed because it is/might be include elsewhere than
packet-vxi11.c ?
If not, merging the .h file into the .c file is preferred.
