This is a feature enhancement, not a bug.
The attached patch adds support for decoding the Distributed Interactive
Simulation (DIS, aka IEEE 1278.1) Electromagnetic Emission Protocol Data Unit
(PDU), which is DIS PDU type 23. In addition to decoding this PDU type, the
enumerations of emitter names, emission functions, and beam functions are also
included.
