A well-formed packet capture file for testing.

OK, for some reason when I used Wireshark to save the 1st 100 packets of a
capture file I have, it didn't save properly. Instead I used a 1.2.6 version
of editcap to accomplish this. So, either there's something else wrong with
saving portions of a file with this encapsulation ... or I messed something up
with this patch. editcap with SVN 32452 (and my patches) also produce the
incorrect capture file. Hmmm?

Incidentally, with either version of editcap, 1.2.6 or SVN 32452, when I choose
to grab the 1st 100 packets, it only grabs the 1st 98. I had to specify 1-102
to get 100 of them. I am confident that this is an unrelated bug given that I
did not apply my patches to the 1.2.6 sources.
