Isn't that "at least for some versions of tcpdump/libpcap"?

The man pages now refer you to the various man pages in this order of
"preference":

~~~
See the manual page of pcap-filter(4) or, if that doesn't exist, tcpdump(8),
or, if that doesn't exist, L<http://wiki.wireshark.org/CaptureFilters>.
~~~

Now if I could just figure out how to get to the pcap-filter man page on
www.tcpdump.org, the Wiki's CaptureFilters page could be updated. (That page
currently links to the tcpdump man page which itself has links to the
pcap-filter man page but the URL is http://localhost[...] and, oddly enough,
the web server running on my PC can't find the requested CGI script.)
