Following directions as stated in the book "Wireskare NEtwork analysis", I was
using trace file http-espn2010.pcap and selected Window size field in the TCP
header section. The Apply As Column option did not display. I also tried this
with the TCP sequence number filed. same results, teh Apply As Column field did
not display.
