It's very simple really...

1) Start up Wireshark
2) Press the "Show Capture options" Button on the top of the screen and
immediatelly after press the "Start Live Capture" button that is right next to
it.
Be sure to press them as fast as possible.

By just doing that, wireshark crashes for me.
I've attached screenshots explaining which buttons i'm talking about.
