The Diameter dictionary for Mobile IPv6 has not been defined yet.
There are comments in dictionary.xml.

I have made separate dictionary file mobileipv6.xml as same manner as
mobileipv4.xml according to RFC5447, RFC5778 and RFC5779. I have also made a
separation patch out of dictionary.xml.
