After re-invite with t.38 and 200 Ok (packet #429), all packets (packet #430
and following) from one side (fax transmiter, ip=172.16.164.65) Wireshark
decodes as "Unknown RTP version 0". Packets from opposite side (fax receiver,
ip=172.16.165.7) are decoded right (as t.38).
