Checked in as revision 32177.

(I assume "pcap" in "open:pcap" was the name of a pcap-format file you were
using for testing.  The test in question worked - with the name of my file
replacing "pcap", and with ",rdonly" added to the "open:" specification, as the
capture file had mode r--r--r-- - on OS X 10.6, once I built socat for it.)
