A small error in 6lowpan-packet.c results in the "src" address being check for
size, but the code uses the data from the "dest" addr.

Attached patch fixes this issue, just a one-liner.

The bug manifests itself when sending from a 64-bit address to a 16-bit
address, the IID is not built from the link-layer address.
