The header compression code in packet-6lowpan.c requires an update to the
latest version of header compression, hc-06.
This is a minor change between the version in SVN which is hc-05, and the
latest which is hc-06.
Note this patch is made against the file provided in
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4534. It should only be
applied after bug 4534 is patched or will fail.
