I've retried to be sure with 3 speex tuples and with the patch it was able to
show speex/8000 deltas. I guess, than speex/16000 and 32000 would be wrong.
I agree that this patch might be just a quick workaround and it would be better
to use the SDP for the codec rate. Unfortunately I don't know well C
programming and neither wireshark to do that.
off: I have found other codecs which should be worth adding, e.g. BV16/8000,
BV32/16000, CELT/32000, CELT/44100, CELT/48000.
