This implementation would work for 32000 bps only, since the list is searched
from back to front. So I assume your tests we're done with a {"speex", 8000}
tuple only.
Anyway, I agree with Anders that the clock rate should come from SDP and if
that fails/is missing the 'most common' speex clockrate should be included.
