Hi,
The proposed patch will only work for the 8000Hz case as that would be the
first match to "speex".
A proper fix would be to extact the sampling rate from the SDP info
and include that in the information sent to the rtp analysis and get rid of the
table for dynamic payload types, possibly one must cater for the case
when the codec of the dynamic paylod type isen't known(no SDP or corresponding
info available).
