With a loaded from file capture:
File -> Open
Note that the menu doesn't disappear when the dialog appears.
Moving the dialog around leaves garbage on the screen, as the packet list
window isn't redrawing.
Affected items (so far):
File -> Open
-> Merge
-> Save As
-> Export -> Merge
Unaffected items (so far):
File -> File Set -> List
-> Print
I haven't checked other menus besides File yet.
