Attached is my text file and the resulting pcap. The time I'm providing is in
GMT-- although that shouldn't matter to text2pcap since it should be only
copying and pasting the date/timestamp, not converting the time to a different
timezone.

I suspect this error has something to do with Daylight Savings Time (DST) since
my computer's locale is set to EST timezone, which is affected by DST.

Below is the command I'm running:
text2pcap -t %Y/%m/%d%n%H:%M:%S. out.txt test1.pcap
