I am also seeing this problem. Driver version 11.22.3.9.
Workaround: I went to the device manager, went to the properties menu of the
Ethernet device, and selected the "Roll Back Driver" option in the Driver tab
which sent me back to 11.0.5.3 and Wireshark no longer crashes.
