after opening wireshark and before clicking any link/buttons, notice that there
is a bit of a highlight when you do a mouseover.
if you choose and click the OPEN link, the open file dialog will come out, but
when you cancel and do the mouse over again on the open link, notice that the
highlight is no longer there... click any of the main parts of the wireshark
screen and the open dialog pops up again.
confirmed using Vista64 and WinXP 32 bit.
ill investigate further.
