I just checked in a change in r29574 which should fix this. Dumpcap now uses a
separate thread to read from pipes. An installer should be available at
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/ in the next few hours. The changes
to dumpcap were extensive, so I'm leaving this marked NEW for the time being.
