Or, from the command line, the mergecap command.

Note that what pcap-ng does is let you use "cat" (on UN*X, or Windows with
Cygwin) to concatenate captures; it takes a little more work to concatenate
other capture file types, as they generally have one file header followed by a
sequence of packets, but the capture-merging code (as used both by the File ->
Merge feature and mergecap), plus the code to read and write various capture
file formats, can do that.
