I got this:

packet-rlc.c:393: warning: implicit declaration of function
`g_hash_table_remove_all'
packet-rlc.c: In function `add_fragment':

strict-aliasing rules
packet-rlc.c:569: warning: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break

packet-rlc.c: In function `get_reassembled_data':
packet-rlc.c:632: warning: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break

packet-rlc.c:633: warning: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break

make[4]: *** [libdissectors_la-packet-rlc.lo] Error 1

g_hash_table_remove_all() was introduced in glib 2.10, whereas I only have 2.8.
Looking at configure.in, I see that we support 2.4 or later, although there
was discussion about moving to a later version. Would it be possible to rework
it to use the earlier APIs?
