Steps to Reproduce:
Start Wireshark.
Click File, Open.
The Open File dialog opens.
If you move the dialog around it leaves a trail of gui bits behind it.
Also if you move it to the center of the screen, then cancel and try again you
will see the image of the menu is left behind as well - just more of the same
not redrawn background.

Expected Result: The dialog should be able to be moved about and Wireshark
should redraw the background.
